What the job involves

Coaches a caseload of apprentices on AI and automation programmes at Levels 4 to 6, covering courses such as AI for Team Leaders and AI Adoption and Governance. The ad's duties fit the usual pattern for enablement & adoption roles. That usually means:

  • Design and run AI training, from basics and prompting to team-specific use cases.
  • Set up and support AI champions in each department.
  • Find the everyday tasks where AI saves time, then show teams how.
  • Track adoption: who is using the tools, how often, and what it is saving.
  • Work with IT, security and legal so people use AI safely.

Who it suits

People from L&D, HR, internal comms or change who enjoy teaching and are confident with AI tools.
