What we list
- Roles where AI is part of the main purpose or core duties: enablement, adoption, transformation, AI operations, Head of AI, or an established role with a real AI rollout in it.
- Based in the UK, or remote or hybrid within the UK.
- At companies that aren't AI companies.
What we don't list
- Engineering, data science and research roles.
- Sales roles, including sales enablement.
- Ads that only mention AI as a nice-to-have.
Pay is optional. If the ad doesn't state it, the listing says "Pay not listed".
How it works
- Send the form. If the ad is already live, add the link.
- We check the role against the rules above and email you.
- The listing links straight to your own ad, so applications come to you.

How much does it cost to post a job?
Nothing until 31 Jan 2027. After that, posting will be paid. Employers who register as founding employers before then keep launch pricing.
Who sees my listing?
People who come to Second Wave AI Jobs looking for this kind of work. The site is written for people in operations, HR, L&D, marketing and finance who want to move into AI roles. From Mon 2 Nov 2026, new roles also go in the Monday email to everyone who has signed up. Each listing has its own page that search engines and AI assistants can read, and its Apply button goes to your own ad.
What counts as a non-technical AI role?
A role where AI is part of the main purpose or core duties, but the work is about people, processes and tools, with no engineering. That covers AI enablement and adoption, AI transformation, AI operations and automation, Head of AI, and established jobs with a real AI rollout in them. We don't list engineering, data science, research or sales roles, or ads that mention AI only as a nice-to-have, and the employer can't be an AI company.
How long does a listing stay up?
For as long as your ad is open. We check every listing's link at least once a week and take the listing off the site when the ad closes. If you fill the role early, or want the listing changed or removed, email [email protected].
Do you take applications?
Applications go straight to you. Every listing links to your own ad, and we never collect CVs or candidate details.
